I availed housing loan from jk bank khowjabagh main baramula in year 2015 under floating intersest rate but bank still charged me 9.50% n visited bank manager many times but behaved badly with me n also refusing to reduce interest rate. Currently interest rate is 8.80% so requested to reduce rate
