Once i logged in to my mpay app and accessed my account. I witnessed two accounts of the same name and i wondered if there is any hacking issue or whatsoever. Just to confirm the credibility of my claim i transferred a small amount from one account to another and transaction went successfully. After a day i came to know that this account may be of someone else's i credited the two transactions one of rs.5 and rs.500 on the very next day.
I came to know from one of my acquaintance that i did fraudulent transactions from my account which is completely baseless. It is just lack of security from jk bank which lets users suffer and thus exposes us to the severity of many fraudulent online risks on the daily basis.
My question and complaint is if we are paying the hefty amount for our accounts to be safe, this is the way we are dealt and our identity is at the stake of jk bank who does not even care to accept this severe claim on their own.
Now after all this nuisance which they have created, now they disabled my account without any consent knowing they are completely responsible for all inconvenience created henceforth, they don't even bother to consider to take any authorization even.
