On 15th dec around 11:50 am i went to jammu and kashmir bank, branch new colony sopore for submitting documents required for car loan. I opt this branch because i had taken housing loan from same branch and got noc of that last year.
Suddenly advance official (He has some problems in vision and is wearing glasses) not known his name, throw loan papers back to me with slanging words. I got surprised why he does this, his reply was that i am a guarantor of defaulter.
Now how i am defaulter, my account is working. If i am defaulter how can i do transitions. I called immediately that person who's guarantee i have given, suddenly branch manager came he told this advance official that he is good in payments now. Give loan to this person.
All this episode happen was big harassment for me being good to bank,
I am getting calls from various banks for loan at door step. I approached this bank and the result was harassment and listen slanging language. Moreover i was told to come on 20th of december, 6 days for car loan as i have completed all formalities.
Now my requested is that this handicapped official handicapped not physically but mentally too should be directed to do other job like issuing stationary items not at advance section table where you have to deal with public. Was this information helpful? |
