Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — money deducted from account but not received

Today on 08/02/2018 my balance 5000 have been deducted from atm machine but not received around 6:00pm at jogi gate jammu on account no [protected]
I am a student i am studying in jammu and i have no more source of money and have urgent need i have very less balance in my account so please help me and refund balance as soon a possible i shall be highly grateful to you.
