I had send email for approval of loan through jkbank online today i received email against apply online no7625331 i contacted them on their respective phone no they told me call on toll-free no [protected] in which they told me provide bank account details i provided all the necessary information but all in vain after i was contacting this no they didn't respond it i called on their other no[protected] to[protected].36 phone no they neglected me and miss shuhana has send phone no [protected] but it seems they are playing with me i feel insecure as govt of india is providing easy loans but jkbank is not providing loans as i have taken loan of rs 2 lakhs i provided them it back i have need of rs one lakh as i was in emergency need i am pensioner and senior citizen my account no 1242 pension name zamrooda banoo jkbank branch khanyar 0101code jakaoshiraz

Updated by Shahnawaz Amin Wani I am account holder of Jk bank at khanyar Srinagar Kashmir I had applied for online loan at Jkbank they contacted me to provide my information regarding of my account I provided all the necessary information but they didn't entertain it I have taken loan of Jkbank branch khanyar of rs 2lakh I provided them back[protected] after that I have need of one Lakh rs for emergency but they neglected me and told me what you have to do do we will not provide you loan I did not provide bribe to them their phone number S are [protected], 31, 32, 35 36 and[protected],[protected] [protected] 2475998 [protected] my account no is 1242 pension account Zamrooda banoo Jkbank branch khanyar 0101 jaka0shiraz being Indian creating trouble for me and told we will close ur account I am poor and old

I transferred my money twice through net banking but both times after showing the transfer had been completed another message comes up "transaction failed bank failed to authenticate customer" my money from the account stands debited as of now . please explain how can I get my money back quickly as I need it urgently
