Consumer message :sir i was surfing some internet page then there came a message that i have won 1609. I clicked the message it takes me to phone pay application where it asked me to click so that this amount will be transferred to my bank account when i clicked my upi account then message came from my bank account where the sum of rs 1609 got debited from my account
