I had made a booking from make my trip through my jkbank ebanking.. After transaction was successful but my ticket was unconfirmed.. After that makemytrip initiated my refund on 29/10/2017 of rs. 855.00 with refund reference number ixgafcmwv3, but still my account has not been credited back.. Kindly look into the matter asap

Sir,
When i open my jk bank internet banking it doesnt show any personal detail of mine it only shows dashboard and account summary when i open my personal detail .
My net banking was loged out and says timeout login again
