i ordered general knowledge manual book with order no.[protected] on 20_Nov_2021 total amount of Rs 770/- from Amazon. As Amazon initiated refund but couldn't recieved till date in my bank account. i went to nearest j&k Branch but they are not responding. so kindly look into this matter.
