[Resolved]  Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — Refund initiated by Flipkart but not credited

Sir, i hv purchased a vehicle via FINANCE from jk Bank Bandipora (Main Branch) duly insured from Jamkesh Bpr. Nd vl expire on 9/10/2022.bt the said bank branch deducted Rs.9929/from Car loan account on 28/07/2022 taking the plea of INSURANCE AMOUNT.which i hv already done .
After contacting Bank, they received my RC, Insurance copy and written application.nd assured me that amount vl be refunded within 7days.but unfortunately after a gap of 1 nd half month, neither they hav refunded nor they r responding.
Self also visited the branch several times where I was asked to wait few days..
Plz look into the matter nd refund the amount.
