Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — request to send otp via my mail id not mobile as i am nri can have access to mobile

Dear sir/madam
My name is samir ahmad pandit nri at riyadh saudi arabia,
I open my nri account at jk bank trc branch couple of months before.
I sent a request to branch manager to change my mobile number and sent otp in my mail id as i cannot acces the mobile,,
Sept 30th i snt the mai and from that vary date i am trying to call on their landline number, but nobody picks up call and no response yet
The i sent couple of reminder mails also,, still the problem is not solved,

Can know i know how to fix this issues
