Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — unable to pay rrb fee by using netbanking even after login username and password

With due respect i am customer of your jk bank branch delina.. Few days back i register for net banking feature from the concerned branch.. Now when i want to make payments through net banking by login user name and password.. It displays my dashboard account screen only, and not any payment option of entering amount... Therefore i request to you to please guide me and make me enable to pay online fee..
