I have made IMPS transaction through Mpay to account no [protected]under transaction ID no[protected] at 3:32pm on21. 02.2018 of 20000 but transaction was failed I got sms at6:40pm that account has been debited with 20000 INR but the account were I have send the money was not credited with the same amount please credit my amount back
I recharged bsnl number online through bank app.
Money is deducted but recharge status is failure.

Due to the negligence of jk bank main branch bandipora, i was highly suffered by loosing a golden opertunity of getting a govt job.
