Sir,

I have tried to book 04 tickets for Rs 3240/- at 6:08 pm on 22 Mar 2024. Amount of Rs 3240/- debited from my account vide UPI Reference No.[protected]. But I have not received any tickets. I made a call to customer care number [protected], they checked my details and informed me that "my transaction of booking tickets are not successful" and amount will be refunded in my account within 10 days. I have not received any refund from gulmarg gondala ticket office. Sir I am sharing office address and contact number. Please do needful
