Jammu University — No action yet taken against transcript for WES Canada

Dear Sir/mam,
I Shalu Chadha daughter of Yash Mitter Chadha did the transcripts action for my B.ed Education for WES Canada on 11 Feb 2021. My qualification was completed in 1998 and Roll no is 2407. I have done all the payment Rs. 1770 at University of Jammu portal on 11Feb 2021 My Transaction Reference number is VPMP[protected]
More than one month has passed and my transcript action is still not done. I am facing lots of trouble while contacting university. Nobody bothers to take calls. Nobody bothers to take action. All the related documents had already been uploaded on the website site with payment receipt.
I request you to please look into the matter and kindly ask the team to release my degree and transcript for BED to WES Canada with the mentioned WES reference number. Details are available in attached documents. Waiting for your revert.
