Janapriya Engineers Syndicate — Fraud-No Registration done nor Ready to occupy certificate is provided

We have booked the falt in Jan 2019 and they promised us to handover the flat by Aug 2019 and in worst case by Dec 2019 end later.
We have completely paid the payment and neither the flat is in living conditions as they dont meet any rera criteria such as flat is not completed and whenever we ask they say its completed and snag is inprogress, new flat has cracks and dampness in child bedroom nor the grills or doors are painted, no electricity meter, or parking under construction and maintenance.

Its 2021 end now and still they have not completed and given ready to occupy certificate nor the registration is done (they asked us to pay complete due so that they can handover the keys and do registration).Its a month now and neither the registration is done nor the flat key is given to customer inspite of complete payment.
