[Resolved]  Jancey A — ticket not booked but amount deducted

Address: C-11 MINERVA MILL quarters, MAGADI ROAD, 560023

I have booked 2 tickets for darbar tamil movie at cinepolis, binnypet mall, bangalore, for rs 540.44 dated 07/01/2020 approx 10:15 pm. But ticket not booked and money deducted from my account.
Thx for inb txn of rs.540.44 frm a/c x2628 to bigtree en... Ref#igahvevdk7 on 07jan20. So i request kindly to look into the complaint and refund the amount. Do the needful in this regard.
