Jaquar — bath fixures malfunction

I'm not sure who to address this issue, but I'm sick and tired of having to call your stupid no and receiving no response from there. Finally, one day some idiot from your company came and he checked it and said he will come back again and never bothered to come back but very conveniently took money for the so-called service he did. Honestly its truly irritating that i have to follow up on this so many times.

Jaquar — Non repair of commode and shower since last two months

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unresolved issues related to Complaint No. 00931017 with Jaquar, which I initially raised on June 14, 2024. Despite numerous follow-ups with Jaquar customer care and a commitment from your regional head in Kolkata to resolve the issue, nothing has been done.

Furthermore, I escalated my complaint on "X" social media, but even after that, the problem remains unresolved....
