Pathetic service with useless product ...

We had very bad experience about jaquar feetings which we selected for our Ultra Luxurious project located in Wanwadi due the the brand name of Jaquar..

product is such a useless that more than 90% flat owner is not satisfied with the product and most important, when we called customer care exicutive he never came on time,

After multipal followups when exicutive arrived on site, instead of doing protective action, the jaquar exicutive provided wrong information to customer against builder that due to pressure issue occured.

and it was more intresteing when technical head of site trying to explain him the actual problem he started arguing with him and do not ready to leason what we were trying to say.

PFA- document where that jaquar exicutive given in writing that builder selction was wrong.
