Jaro Education — Loan Issue

I contacted this Jaro university for admission in February and submitted my documents and got the lon processessed by me. I applied for loan and later a person from Jaro informed me that I am not eligible for this admission and i have to get this admission cancelled. I drafted an email on 13th March to cancel my admission from Bhartiya Vidyapeeth. Then I asked them to cancel my loan as well. After that people from Jaro told me they are getting this loan cancellation processed from their end. After several reminders and calls to people in Jaro I got one email on 4th May stating that I have to pay my interest amount. I am unabel to understand why should i pay this interest when delay is from the Jaro team not me. And why should i pay even a single penny if my admission is cancelled.
I am tired of calls from fibe and jaro. Can anyone help.
