Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the non-performance of services by the decorator affiliated with Jashn-E-Bengal Restaurant and Banquet Bandel, pin - 712103, for my engagement event scheduled on 10th May 2024.
I had booked the decoration services for my engagement on 10th May 2024 at Jashn-E-Bengal Restaurant and Banquet. On 8th May 2024, the decorator from Jashn-E-Bengal Restaurant and Banquet called to inform me that he would not be able to provide the services as promised due to an accident he had met with. I had paid an advance of ₹6000 out of the total cost of ₹8500 for these services.
Following this, I tried to contact both the decorator and the employees of Jashn-E-Bengal Restaurant and Banquet multiple times to resolve this issue and to seek a refund or a replacement service. However, I have received no response from either party.
This situation has caused me considerable inconvenience and stress, as it occurred just two days before my important event. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter and obtaining a refund of my advance payment. Additionally, I request appropriate action be taken to ensure such incidents do not happen to other customers in the future.
