Jasnath Nagar, Rajasthan — refund of toll charge cash rs. 60 because it was deducted from fastag

I am having the kotak mahindra fatag in my car. On 12/06/2010 i was travelling jodhpur to jaisalmer by car (Rj19cc3913) at jasnath nagar, rajasthan toll booth lane 6 man said that sensor is not working and he charge rs. 60 in cash (Ticket no. [protected]) at 14.15.29. After some time rs. 60 also deducted from my fastag wallet (Transaction id.0001110621206201415501).
Kindly refund my amount.
