Jatl Dhilwan Toll Plaza — Fraud Deduction of money from my Paytm Fasttag

Respected sir /ma'am,
I had visited shri Golden temple, Amritsar with family recently.we start our journey on 29th of Oct, night . With my car having registration no. PB65Q1110.

I crossed JATL Dilwan toll plaza, on 29th Oct, at 11.50pm.an amount of Rs60 was deducted from my Paytm Fasttag balance with order ID [protected].
During my return, i crossed same toll plaza on 30th Oct, at time 08.21am and an amount of Rs30 was deducted from my Paytm Fasttag balance with order ID [protected].
Today i.e 31th Oct, at 11.08pm I received an notification that Rs 60 was deducted from my balance for crossing JATL Dhilwan toll plaza on 30th Oct, at 10.55 am.
That was totally wrong and disappointed, on 30th Oct, at 10.37 am i already crossed BSC toll and amount of Rs 30 was deducted with order ID [protected].it is not possible for anyone to reach JATL Dhilwan toll from BSC toll in just 20 mints.
I requested to you please Kindly, look into the matter.i have attached screenshot for your reference please.
