Hi sir/madam,
My name is janagam naveen, passed b. Tech in 2016. I have applied for od through url: http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/onlineconvocationservices/postconv
But i haven't received any status of the od. My hall ticket number is 12c81a0227. I have been selected for a government psu, as the provisional certificate is valid for only 6 months which is mentioned by them. I have uploaded the required scan documents like photo and provisional certificate through online url. I want to know when i will get my od certificate. Email id: [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly let me know the status as soon as possible so that i will proceed further.

I am 2018 passout from btech, i applied for OD and paid through challan at sbi bank and after when i am adding my challan details in portal it is showing error 500 and everytime it is showing like that
