Hi team, I made two payments (total of 1200/-) for single OD application in jntuh website on 12th September, both got failed but the money was debited and it was showed http 500 -internal server error. then i mailed to [protected]@billdesk.com i got a reply on the next day and the transaction was successful. But still i need to get refund of 600/- as i made two payments for single application. I mailed so many times but this time i didn't get any reply So, please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Hi team,

I made a payment (total of 400/-) for OD application in jntuh website on 25 november 2022, both got failed but the money was debited and it was showed EXCEPTION 200 ERROR. And later when i checked the track application it says no application found. Tomorrow is the last day for OD application submission but until now I haven't received any update on my payment.

So, please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
