Jayabheri Group — not received invoice and extended warranty document

I have purchased "swift zxi ags" (Blue) from jayabheri (Gachibowli) on 1/7/2019.
Its been more than 1 month and i have still not recieved the invoice and extended warranty docs.
Accessories are still pending.
I already got the accessories fitted outside as the sales executive agreed to refund me the amount for pending accessories through cheque (Which i have not recieved).

Jayabheri Group Customer Care's response Our GM Mr Srinivas got in touch with the customer and our executive is on the way to meet customer along with his documents. The refund check will be processed by tomorrow latest.

I have paid amount to renew car Ap35S0077 Insurance policy through phone pay to visakhapatnam maddilapalem branch 15 days back . Till today i have not received the policy .Kindly look into it

Won't have proper commitment in sales.
they simply commits the offers and charges a lot at the time of delivery.
not having proper finance facility.
by getting the advance then they start explaining the charges.
we simply lose the satisfaction of new car.
we struggle 2 months for clearing all documentation.
