We booked falt t-801 & t802 (Carpet area 560sq ft) at bhagtani riyo phase 2 said of jaycee homes but provissional allotment lettewr given on jvpd properties pvt ltd letter head for location at mira road project since october-november 2013, stating that construction would be started on or before 18months and on failure of builder, we would be paid back invested money 10.36 lacks (30% cost including service tax) with intrest 15% pa till date. But construction not started yet after a laps of 50 months now and jvpd (Jaycee homes) is not refunding our hardship amount to us
