Jayendra — Regarding excess toll charge paid

Dear sir /madam,

This is to inform you that i had paid rs.85/- for a 2 way toll charge at surapattu toll plaza chennai (And the same toll ticket is applicable for vanagaram toll plaza) on 22/05/2016 at 8.14 am for vehicle no# tno9-bc-4317 which is a tata indica car. This ticket is valid until 23/5/2016 8.14 am. However, when i was returning back from vanagaram toll plaza and produced this toll ticket i was told to pay rs.85/- again mentioning single entry at 5.36 pm on the same day (I. E.) 22/05/2016. When i enquired about the existing 2 way charges paid iwas told to pay again even though my toll ticket was well within the validity period. So i had to pay rs.85/- again at vanagaram toll plaza for my return journey and when i reached surapattu toll plaza they reviewed my 2 way ticket bought earlier and acknowledged that it was good enough and accepted that vanagaram toll plaza had charged extra. So request you to get my extra charges reimbursed.
