FD Interest not received.

I have deposited Rs.200000/- in 19.04.2013 vide my FDR No.64333 which was matured on 19.04.2016 and the total maturity amount is Rs.290440/-. But i received only Rs.200000/- which is my principle amount only but still the interest amount of Rs.90440/- not received so far. hence would request you to please get me the interest amount as on date which i need very badly for my son's admission to the college as he passed out class 12th exam....

Studio Appt 2

Hi,

I bought a studio appt in Jaypee, Studio phase 2 on Yamuna ExpressWay, But after taking around 30%, they didn't contact me. When I contacted them they are asking me to take my back with 12% interest, but they are saying it orally, neither they send me any communication for the same, neither they are giving me any date, up to when I'll get my money back.

Now it mature last year but they r not returning my principal amount nor interest

We (Me and my wife smt. Babita singh) invested in fixed deposits of m/s jaypee infratech ltd in january 2013 for a period of 03 years. The details of investments are as under -

1. Fdr no. 57662, investor code - 0046377, amount invested - rs. 30000/-, date of maturity - 16.01.2016, maturity amount - rs.43566/- (First holder - babita singh / second holder -kaushal kumar).

Fdr maturity amount not received

Non delivery of project and not returning the money

I have bookedone a flat in jp budh circuit 2 but till 3 years no delivery if the project received when I visited there off in sector 128 noida they clear that project is scrap and we can give money after 6 month without interest

After my regular follow up they are not returning my hard earned money and there officials are saying that I can approach court

I travelled on Yamuna E-way on 21st Oct15 from Noida with return passage to and fro Mathura . The return passage was obtained at Jewar Plaza vide txn ID [protected] dt 21st Oct15 at 10:34 AM by paying Rs 385/- . The said return passage was valid for 24 hrs i.e. till 22nd Oct15 10 : 34 AM . On my return journey on 22nd Oct15 from Mathura, entry on plaza 4 was allowed at 10 : 20 AM . But to my utter shock they denied exit from Plaza 3 at 10...
