Dear Sir,

I am Bhupendra hai J Patel has put F D for Rs. 2, 50, 000/- (. Rupees Two Lacs Fifty Thousand Only) on 13/12/2012 for 36 months .
FD Issued No : 54469
Maturity date of FD was 12/12/2015

I have already sent original FDR to Regd. Office before due date to avoid delay in payment.

Unfortunately till date I have not received the FDR amount .

On having check the 'List of FD holders who have not submitted their claims' with official site .
I found my name in the list with Sr.No. 1940, FD No : 54469 with name Bhupendra hai J Patel .

May I request you to do let me know the course of action in the mater .
