Jaypee Infratech — fdr redemption still not received

I am poor investor who invested in jp infra fdr on 9th nov 2012 and its redemption was due on 9th nov 2015. Have been trying to contact through various channels but in vain. My fdr and cut id are 50636/0042318 and amount due in 2015 was 1 lac plus applicable interest till date. Please let me know when can i receive it. Thanking you in great anticipation
