Jaypee Infratech — fixed deposit claim

It is inform that the fdr no. 469785, fdr receipt no. 22771investor’s name: b. Laxmi, investor code: 0020518, scheme: cumulative. The due date of the fdr was 06/12/2014. Till date i could not receive my maturity amount. We have also sent a claim in a registered post as attached.

It is requested to kindly consider and pay my maturity amount without any further delay as the money is required for my daughter’s marriage.

The scan copy of fdr is attached for action. The original copy was submitted through the broker.

I would like to request your kindness to change my address as under for which i had sent an application along with the fdr submission.
