I have been in regular contact with Pranay Gaikwad about some constant issues in the deal, transparency in communication, and coordination from JP Infra. My issues may seem petty, but the way they were dealt with was pretty bad. I have had one of my worst customer service experience from JP Infra.
There was a call arranged by Pranay with his senior, Rahul Pandey, and to be honest he could not help either. They went on repeating information that in no way answered any of my questions. Finally, I got really frustrated dealing with the so-called customer relationship managers whose main goal was to prove a point and not resolve my queries.
As a result, I was compelled to approach the Consumer Support Forum of India and lodge an official complaint. You will also receive a notification email from the Consumer Court about the same. As per the procedure explained by the Consumer Court, I was asked to notify you about my complaint too. Please look into the matter.
