Jaypee Infratech — Studio Appt 2

Hi,

I bought a studio appt in Jaypee, Studio phase 2 on Yamuna ExpressWay, But after taking around 30%, they didn't contact me. When I contacted them they are asking me to take my back with 12% interest, but they are saying it orally, neither they send me any communication for the same, neither they are giving me any date, up to when I'll get my money back.
