I placed an order of "Flip Flap Solar Powered Dancing Plant With Perfume-Pink" on Jazzmyraid on 16/10/2015 and paid an amount of Rs 288/- through Net banking.I received an acknowledgement as shown below:

As i had not received the ordered item till 23/10/2015, i sent an email to above mentioned email address. Immediately they sent an reply mail as shown below:

another week passed by, I sent another mail on 28/10/2015 mentioning my unhappiness and requested to cancel the order and credit the amount back into my account. But till date i had neither received my item nor the amount.. The Phone number they mentioned also does not exists.
