JBL — Broken and unserviceable item

I have recieved this item today 3Sep 2020 at 06:30pm.i can't understand that I haven't order this in my account but the on the item box are write my address and phone number than I recieved that but when I opened and see the item is already broken and unservisable .than I call the shipment and he said contact to the centre.please can u tell me my how can ido this.
