I bought my headphones less than one year ago from Belgium. I am currently living in India. they are not working anymore, and I want to get them fixed. They said they cannot fix it here, and can only exchange. But they cannot exchange mine because i did not buy it from India. They are not helping me in any way at all.
I want them to be fixed or even exchanged because it is less than one year old. I cannot go back to belgium and exchange it.
They are asking me to purchase new headphones, because they cant do anything with these old ones. Was this information helpful? |
