Jbl Tws4 , Bluetooth Wireless — Unethical behaviour , No reply or solution yet provided to me in spite of regular follow ups

Dt : 07/06, 2020 - On my birthday I received the product.
[Order #41414] today and would like to bring it to your attention.
The product which I had received is not a brand new product, the outer box has scratches on it.
1) Instruction manual is not available inside the box (specifications & features and how to use a guide) missing in the box
the features are not clear ? How will I operate?
2) In the left ear piece (eartip), the rubber attachment is missing.
3) The sound is not clear at all especially when ringing, it echos and disturbing to the ear, the connectivity and the range captured is not good at all, the lights on the blue tooth sometimes blink and sometimes don"t hence make it difficult to understand when it is charging and when not.
4) The three button mike does not support its functions most of the times.

Since, the time I have bought it it has been a pain and after sales is even bad I have mailed at least 10 times but no solution has been provide yet, if I try to get the number of the support that is not available anywhere, I requested for a call back it never happened.
I received the automated mails from support that we will get back to you within 5-7 days but it has been more than 10 days .

I could not attach the photos as it was too large size but is available handy with me for your reference.

Now I would not even like to return the product I want my refund .
