LG Washmachine repair enquiry person took my LG washing machine pcb on May 10th telling pcb is gone and still not yet brought its been almost a month. Very irresponsible. They are not picking up any calls, talking very rude with customers, giving false promises. It looks like they stole my lg washing machine pcb saying its not working but not yet returned. Can someone help me with giving me any contact numbers of LG customer care higher authorities. So that they wl take strict action aginst those who cheat customers like this.
