I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Madanapalli on 06 May 2017 PNR no. JBUS492560-JBT-333 NEW when about to reach destination happened to be the worst experience of my life, at 4.35 AM when almost reaching to madanapalli I was feeling thirsty and asked driver for some water he agreed and given the bottle also in the interim he said you need to carry your own bottle for that I was silent and had the water but the conductor he behaved with me very rashly and asked me to take the bottle inside along with, don't kept the bottle at the position it is, seeing his behaviour I didn't feel comfortable and asked the conductor why he is talking like that for that what he said, you even can't afford to buy water bottle also that ### ### don't know how to talk with the customers, after all for a water bottle, anyhow I'm not going to leave that guy and I'll make sure he is going to lose his job and also driver he is also supporting him they are dogs of same roads.

Keeping this kind of staff in your prestigious organisation will decrease your brand value, I suggest better you avoid those ###S entering your organisation without proper manners.
