Jcb India Ltd — defective product supplied.

We m/s m n rishi infra purchased a jcb loader backhoe no. – 2520053 from “alliance kanpur” on dated 16/10/2017 and serviced as per jcb’s t&c.
The machine was stopped working on dated 04/09/2017, approached to alliance kanpur immediately, service engineer reached, inspected the machine and informed us that engine is not working and engine overhauling is required.
By the next day self were visited your workshop, engine was dismantled and found that engine has been seized due to failure of engine oil related parts.

After that they send the engine to lath for some cosmetic repairs and again engine fitted to machine on dated 12/09/2017 and 5th service done on same day.

We are feeling that product supplied to us was defective, major breakdown after 2000 hrs working.

Now let me clarify the followings-

1) life of engine – the machine is still in unlimited warranty (Up to one year) as per your t&c, then why such cosmetic repairs done? The engine may not be perform as company fitted, if yes then can you take warranty.
2) charges in warranty period - you have charged for the lath work, unloading & loading of engine (Hydra crane), recommended early service at 100 hrs after repair (Usually 500 hrs in normal condition) @ rs. 20, 000/- will cost to us. Whether these charges are not covered in warranty? If no, please let me know the t&c of warranty.

Finally we are not satisfied with the product and the quality of services.
