Jeevansathi Internet Services — Profile suspended without reason

I am a paid member on jeevansathi portal (WVSZ7665) they have suspended my services and asking me to give few documents.
Now even after providing them documents, they have not resumed my services, there has been no replies from their site, there is not customer support.
Horrible services wouldn't recommend anyone

We regret for the hassle caused here. We would like to confirm that the profile has been restored.
The site was facing Technical Glitch due to which the profiles have stopped working. The issue has been fixed now.
