[Resolved]  Jerry Varghese Consultants — Offered Job and Cheated

Hi Sir, I am Praveesh. I was been hired as Electrical Foreman for Dubai, a company called Al Reyadah. Jerry Varghese consultancy collected 45000 Rs as Service Charge as they were the consultant for the Job. When I went to Dubai the job offered, salary offered everything was fake. I was been placed there as Assistant Electrician, where I have to suffer a lot as a Labor. The company and Jerry Varghese consultancy tried to trap me there. So I didn't accept for permanent VISA and informed the company I would complaint in the Labour court in UAE. As I was having the proof, they cancelled the Visa and Send me back. I was informed I would be receiving the ticket from Mumbai to bangalore through mail, but got to know they was bluffing me.Have to stay in mumbai for two days till my friends arrange money for ticket. Have informed all issues to Jerry Varghese Consultancy every now and then. They collected the service charge and offered different designation and later came to know its fake. Now they are not ready to return the money. I lost lots of money, a good job which I had in Bangalore. Now I am jobless as well as lots of debt because Jerry Varghese Consultancy have cheated me. Have all the documents which I could prove they cheated me. 1.Offer letter as Electrical Foreman 2. Copy of Temporary Visa stating Assistant Electrician( Jerry Varghese gave Visa before the day I have to go to Dubai, and convinced me stating its just temporary Visa and would be changed once I get the permanent Visa. It was a fake information) 3. Have a screen shot of Permanent Visa which I didn't accept the offer as all information was fake. 4 Have the receipt of amount paid to Jerry Varghese( RS 45000) So kindly assist me to get the compensation from Jerry Varghese, they have bluffed multiple people to the same company, where they get stuck there. I have no money to move around and file a case that's why I am complaining through online. Also company have not paid the salary for 15days. Hope you all can help me for this.
