I was booked ticket online from your website with ticket nos[protected],[protected] &[protected] for journey from delhi to nagpur on 04 apr 2019. The flight was cancelled for the said date. However, neither any information was given to me nor any call was received by me for the flight cancellation. When i reached delhi airport on 04 apr 2019, it was come to my notice that the flight has been cancelled. After that, i was contacted with your airways at delhi airport for the enquiry, it was confirmed to me that the refund will be given to me in some days. I frequently contacted with jet airways office for the refund amount but no positive response has been given to me and no refund has been given to me till date. Hence, may i request you to please take necessary action on the subject and my amount may please be refund to me at the earliest. My current contact number is [protected]. After a spent of more than five months, no refund has been given to me. It shows negative response from your airways and reflects lack of interest to resolve the problem of passengers. I finally request you to look into the matter personally and refund my amount at the earliest.
