I purchased my apartment in 2009. After i paid all amounts as per the agreement the builder registered the apartment in my name and i occupied it in 2011.in 2016 july builder has send me a legal notice asking me to pay some 4.5lakhs towards various heads like statutory charges, flat association deposit, water & electricity charges etc.. I complained about the matter to local district police chief and he passed the petition to the circle inspector who summoned the representatives of the builder and he instructed them to first bring the proof for the claim and the matter ended there. Now again by end of may 2018 they have again send me a legal notice quoting the same old demands. Is there a way to stop this menace from the builder. Was this information helpful? |
