[Resolved]  Jewellery Palace — no product / no refund received

I ordered seven pairs of earrings from jewellery palace by the end of july 2019. I was said i will be receiving the product by the coming wednesday. Didn't receive, so i msgd them when i will be receiving the product. They said the next wednesday. Since then i have neither received the products nor i have received any reply from them. I paid rs. 830/- for the products i ordered. Not sure how i am going to get the refund. Kindly help on the same.
