ihad booked airline tickets fro myself and wife from bangalore to new york on 05 Apr 2014 by paying Rs 87808 through icici bank internet banking The website forward me a tour itinerary and immediately i got a message booking has failed and one rep spoke to me by mobile no [protected], that it would not be possible to to book tickets at low cost and if i pay approx 1.4 lakhs tickets would be confirmed.i told the agent this amounts to blackmailing to get more money nd as i was not impressed with their reasonoings and i told them to refund money .The reptold me it would take 3 -4 working days to arrange refund
After that i have been speaking to the rep throgh mobile no [protected] till 10 apr 2014 and he has been telling that money would be refunded in a day or two.After 10 pr 2014 the mobile no is switched off and and i am getting the same recorded message inthe tele no [protected].The company is not responding to my emails to [protected]@jewria.com
