I looked for a part time jobs in quikr application and then i got a call from jexmon solution asking for my id proof. I gave them my passport size pic and aadhar card photo in whatsapp and they gave me a work agreement. Later on i started working for the company. Then after the completion of work they said i have not completed my work and asked me for the cancellation and penalty charges. I gave them 5500 rupees twice and got noc but now they are asking me for the legal charges which is 16, 500 rupees. Later i came to know that was a fake work agreement they gave me. Now they are threatening me that they will file a complaint against me. Fake work agreement. Threatening for money. Was this information helpful? | |

I have looked for pat time job. I got some part time work mails from quiker.
I picked up 2 offers from that & applied for these. After two days I got call from jexmon company and told me that about work which they provide is 10000 captchas are will be completed in 10days. I agree that. They asked me I'd proof so I sent them my adhar card copy, passport size photo, my gmail address & other contact number. They completed agreement and sent me that in mail. After that they provide I'd & password login details which is not open for 1day, after that they provide link to start work. I have started & completed that work in last two days before. But they sent me a mail that is I am not finish my work so I have to pay the penality. Please help me .

They have changed their names and now are calling in the name of JP Solutions and running the same business of extortion of money from innocent job seekers.
Swati ji kya hua aapke is matter ka koi solution nikla kya...main bhi issme fasa hu solution bataye agar solve hua hai to

then i came to know it was a fraud company as i searched on google with the same agreement and helpline number only with different company name so i stopped the work and after 12 days they are threatening me to pay the penalty .
some advocate (Shristhi Patel) called me and said if you didnt pay the amount you'll get the notice. Few days before i complain about them to police they said it's a fraud block all there numbers don't pay anything to them.
