After the first payment of Bijli bill up to January 2022, there was a sudden hike in Bijli charges. I think it was the unit consumption during that period of particular month. But, continuously it keeps on increasing, then I calculated the units from the previous to the present one. It showed very big difference in meter reading. At present, the total unit consumption is 43-47 units but the meter reader person created it till now as 200-960 units. I collected information from outer source and found that they are cheated us for earning extra money. This is totally not acceptable issue. I have applied one complaint letter to sub division office Hatia, Ranchi near at Chandni chowk.
But they had lost my letter after the two months of rushing. And I reapplied again that complaint at the month of June 2022, but still they are not clearing my issue as per customer service. Now the present situation is that the bill is now showing 12k around. It's not fare. So, I request you to please take this issue as a serious concern for submitting the bills without any unauthorized high charges on time. Please, take some serious actions on the behalf of consumer's right. I am a regular payer of Bijli bill but due to these consequences we are not able to pay on time.
