Hello Sir/Mam,
I am a resident of Dumka, staying near Agrasen Bhawan. It has been 1.5 years, since we shifted to Dumka. The voltage in the area, mainly in evening is drastically low, deeming it impossible for appliances to run. We complained in the local office, but no resolution has been reached. Many people are providing greater load than is allocated, leading to low voltage.
I am a working professional and this issue has not been resolved, also affecting my work. Several appliances have also been damaged due to this, This happens everyday and we are very disappointed by this issue. I would request you to please consider our condition and resolve this issue.
