Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission [Jserc] — electricity bill paid however hot reflecting in bill

Please note that my book and consumer no is VKD01/VK10266. I had paid INR 10000 on 10/09/17 which was given to me in receipt no 613790. However only INR 1000 was deducted from the bill and now I am being billed with arrears and asked to pay INR 20000 . I have been following with Ormanjhi branch from feb 18 however they are not helping and asking me to meet different officials who also don't respond.
Need you help in rectifying the same. I am ready to pay the actual bill after reconciliation.

Chaibasa electricity department is very careless in about providing electricity. too many powercuts useless workers must be punished for there stupidity. powercut is a biggest issue in chaibasa city electricity department is very careless about this. they are totally useless. must be punished for there stupidity.
